        What a joke of a shop. They refuse parcels, even the smallest ones. When questioned, they deny it. What is the point of having the contract with courier company when you just don't follow it? Avoid these timewasters and go elsewhere.

        Very poor service refused to take my parcel, despite taking a similar parcel previously. No real explanation, whilst I fully understand they have the right refuse service, they were refusing to take CoffeePod returns for recycling
