Kum Hong Chinese Food

5 chicken balls instead of 8. Chips stone cold and rock hard. Sauces watery and bland and rice very oily. Not very authentic tasting. No prawn toast on menu? And no prawn crackers.

Sorry guys for leaving a low score, we ordered over 130 of food. I don't know if you have had a change in management or chefs, but the food you sent was poor, out of the 15 dishes we ordered I would have sent half of them back, even the rice was bad

Not one to leave a review usually nor a negative one at that. But my most recent experience was highly disappointing to say the least. As a regular customer, up until now that is, my review should be held to a high regard. Leaving 2 stars as the manager had the decency to redeliver the order, but it was the same order as before, a false representation. As someone who also works in hospitality, this is not fine. Please fix up. I ordered DUCK PEKING STYLE. Having ordered this one before, I was expecting the same type of food. Crispy and dry, similar to the ones shown on the pictures online. However I got a completely different style with a sour, bitter taste. I do not like this flavour AT ALL. It was the same for the prawns I ordered. This was NOT the style I was expecting. (Unable to upload pictures, take it or leave it). Im sorry but your chef needs to know what style of food he is making. This was NOT peking style. Highly disappointed this time and this will be the last order I am placing with you guys. Regarding the food quality itself, it was mediocre in all honesty. I spent almost 30.00. Shame. Excellent food but the website does not work correctly, I made 5 times and I had to go personally to place the order and without applying the discount that appeared on the website

Worst food I have ever had, so dry, not tasty at all.. its the worst, special rice, noodles and chilli wings are horrible
