        Absolutely fantastic work. Adam reinstated our sash windows which had been painted shut, and replaced glass with double glazed units. Very honest, hardworking and trustworthy man to deal with. I've seen work from 3 years ago which reassured me that his quality lasts. Adam takes very obvious pride in his work, which shows.         When we bought our house recently, it had stunning - but very neglected timber windows. Unlike other companies, Adam visited the property and quoted for refurbishing what was there (with some replacements) and double glazing - rather than replacing the entire lot. The work has been nothing short of outstanding, the house looks completely refreshed from the outside and has some of its character back, is warm on the inside and the change in street noise filtering into the house is excellent. Where extra work was required during the job (completely rotten sills etc.) Adam communicated it this early and was still able to finish the work in the allocated time. Adam was great during the planning stage and allowing us to stick to our budget by reducing number of panes on some of the bigger windows etc. While the work was carried out, there was minimal disruption to our lives which was important with a toddler in the house. Adam was flexible about which windows to work on depending on our schedule for the day, and it was completed quickly. We would absolutely use Adam again, though suspect we wont need to with our new windows!
