We would highly recommend Fiona and her team. We were apprehensive as to where to start with our particular planning problem but from the beginning Fiona offered us straight forward easy to follow advice. The fee that was discussed at the beginning was clear and transparent so we knew at each stage what the cost was going to be. She submitted the application on our behalf after careful consideration of the best way forward and we are happy to say we had a positive conclusion without any hitches at all.

Friendly to chat to and utterly professional with a wealth of knowledge and experience. I was in a tricky position ( a year ago) not knowing which way to go on some permitted development. I had called her on the off chance without prior appointment, further to getting absolutely nowhere with my local planning office who wouldn't even respond back to simple queries I had. Although she was pushed for time, Fiona kindly offered her background knowledge and opinion which helped me to consider matters in a much more informed way as I was incorrectly interpreting what turned out to be "out of date" information from the Local Planning office website. This allowed me to make my own key decisions to progress my build. Furthermore, when the Local Planning office finally did get back to me (sometime later) they confirmed and aligned their thoughts with those that Fiona had offered and did say the information was out of date, however, importantly she had saved me a Iot of time and money which could have been wasted, not to mention all the worry. I would have probably be deliberating to this day. I am massively thankful for her last minute accommodation on the matter that day which helped me to move forwards. If I was ever to do any sort of large build or planning work in the future she would absolutely be my first port of call.
