I came to Hayden a few years ago when I had really bad RSI. I had tried acupuncture and a load of other things that never worked. He is brilliant and really understands how to make a difference. I have since sent lots of family and friends to him who have all also had a great experience.

A fantastic find, Hayden is a very skilled practitioner. I was struggling with foot arch pain and was considering pulling out of a planned half marathon. In addition to the treatment, Hayden offered sound and practical advice on managing the condition. His experience and relaxed demeanour inspires confidence. I am now pretty much pain free and after a month of treatment was able to complete the half marathon below my target time.

Hayden is the best remedial/sports massage therapist I have seen. He is a very professional and kind hearted man who takes a lot of pride and happiness in seeing his patients well. I have always felt treated with respect and compassion. No matter what my pain is, nothing is too much trouble for him. Hayden uses a variety of different techniques/tools to deal with all over body pain keep my muscles happy. It has made a huge difference to my quality of life. Thank you Hayden
