Ascot Pharmacy

This pharmacy was good but now its closed on Wednesdays and Saturdays and sometimes its also closed on random days. When one of their pharmacy is short of staff they close this one and use the staff somewhere else. Many people rely on better service and that is why I wont use them again.

I used to come here to get my malaria pills before travelling to Africa. After learning that the owner of this pharmacy had spent some time in jail I did not return. If you walk in the pharmacy you will see plenty of cameras and guess who is watching these cameras from his home. I just feel uncomfortable stepping inside this pharmacy.

PLEASE change your website to show the correct opening times! Closed Wednesday afternoon. Will have to wait until tomorrow to pick up antibiotics.

The opening hours listed on Google do not reflect when the pharmacy is actually open. Today was the second time I found out the pharmacy was closed only by physically coming to the building. I also could not reach the phramacy by phone, calling several times over the course of about an hour. This is likely an oversight that has an easy fix - if the Google business page is managed by someone on the staff, it's literally three clicks to mark your business closed for the day. The owners are welcome to contact me for help if they do not know how. I am very easy to find. The alternative is that the business page is managed by someone at Pillbox Chemists. In that case, I am sure they would be interested in making sure customers know when one of their branches is actually open, so please inform the relevant people at PC. I will certainly try to. I do want to say however, that the staff are wonderful and the service generally is great. I have never had a single bad experience while actually inside the pharmacy. However, my many positive experiences are kind of tainted by this issue, especially today. If this issue is resolved, I will happily delete this review and write one that excludes my current complaint. On top of that, everyone will be able to check instantly when the pharmacy is actually open, which I am sure all your customers will appreciate.
