I have been working with Dan for around 7/8 yrs now. Dan's knowledge is such that he can vary the training, and we still do things that I have not done before. I also love the fact we dont rely on weights (although we use kettle bells and dumb bells for some things) and we do a lot of callisthenics. I recently moved to the U.S and have been working with Dan usually three times a week on zoom for the last 3 yrs, as finding someone as good as him not easy! its worked great remotely - I have trained with many personal trainers over the years.. Dan has by far the most knowledge out of anyone Ive seen. He understands how to get the results that you want from your body, whilst challenging you to do the things you should be doing to get in, and stay in an all round state of strength and fitness. Be prepared to work though! :) Stuart

I have been training with Dan for 9 months now and I enjoy every session. I do both boxing and circuit training and love them equally. What has been amazing for me is the development of my core strength, I was plagued with lower back niggles for years, if I'm honest since being pregnant 15 years ago! I am now pain free and feel the strongest and fittest I've ever been. I've tried many different ways of getting fit ie jogging, joining a gym etc but this for me is so enjoyable, and Dan has a way of encouraging me to push myself and achieve results I would never have thought possible...

Dan is a top class trainer who knows his stuff and is patient but who will also get the best out of you and motivate you. Cant recommend Dan enough and hes a nice no nonsense guy.

In the past whenever I've joined a gym, I've lasted at the most about 6 months before things taper off. This is very different. I've been training 3 times a week with Dan for over 9 months and I feel like I'm only just getting started. I'm 45, fitter than I've ever been and can't wait to carry on the good work in 2019. If you're thinking of giving Dan a call, just do it. You will not regret it.

Have been training with Dan for several years and he just understood me from the word go. He got me in the right way of thinking about food and fitness. He is very good at motivating you and will say the things how they are! :) The training sessions are always very challenging and not 2 sessions are the same. He always makes it very interesting. He is also very supportive of the sessions i am doing outside of our training sessions. The price is also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.
