Ive used a lot of estate agents over the years and the refreshing approach James and his team have a guardian is more personal. I feel like I can relax knowing my houses are not only being looked after but they understand I need a return on my investment. I get direct contact with them whenever I want and take a back seat with the rest.

I have known the team at Guardian Property Management for over 5 years. They always put their clients needs first and have really high standards of workmanship. If you want to put your property in safe hands and with a team that really care then I would highly recommend.

Its clear Guardian make it a priority to build a relationship with tenants as I already had a estate agacent managing my house but got frustrated when I had to deal with small issues myself. Guardian got to know the my tenants when I switched and now feel like I have a finger on the pulse without all the work
