After a collapsed property purchase with another company, where the sales progression dept was very slow in responding, it was wonderful to work with Pam at Osbourne Heath. She is super efficient, nice with it and very calm and patient and straight on it when there was a hiccup. Also, Sophie, who showed me the property three times, was so lovely, met me at short notice, and nothing was too much trouble. I can highly recommend Osborne Heath - we got the purchase through in six weeks!

If it was simply their attention to detail, administration and communication alone which set Osborne Heath (OH) head and shoulders above the rest, then that would be a good start, but it goes much further than that. Bear with me. Based, not only on our own personal experience, but that of our friends, too, it must first be noted that most of the estate agents in the Ascot area live up to the worst expectations we all have of the profession. Perhaps its because they have easy pickings its a buoyant, hugely wealthy market, after all even then, there is no excuse for the sort of practices that would get you fired on the spot in any other profession. Osborne Heath (OH) have been the exception, from the outset they were outstanding; regular contact and knowledge of the market is one thing, but as with any profession and all sectors, its the people that set an organisation apart. I can only imagine the OH culture comes from the top and is set by example, in which case, James Niknejad has done a fantastic job. The staff all speak normally, this is not as insignificant as it may sound. They dont have that distinctive singsong voice other estate agents have; they could be talking about the benefits of a foot spa it lacks so much sincerity and, no, however hard they try to convince me, Ive not met them before nor are they my long lost friend. Osborne Heath are a breath of fresh air. They have stuck with us through many long months of highs and lows, steadfastly loyal, always polite and unswervingly sincere. Sasha deserves a special mention here, his genuine warmth and empathy mean his regular Monday phone calls will be missed now weve sold our house. Kyle, from the beginning, was the powerhouse, overseeing operations with a firm hand and an invaluable insight on an unpredictable housing market. Im not surprised they sell more houses in the area than any other estate agents, although one competitor persists in making claims to this title in their advertising, the statistics tell the truth. The valuation, photography, sales process and viewings were all handled by OH with expertise and by people youd be happy to have round for dinner. Now we come to our experience during the crucial final months once an offer is accepted. Wed been here before with Chewton Rose only to be left shocked, as well as out of pocket, owing to their mishandling of the process, so we held our breath. We need never have worried. Within hours, Pam at OH introduced herself as our guide through the legal process and she has been an absolute star; calm and reassuring, always on hand with advice and information, not to mention an essential communicator between us and the buyer. How are these things ever done successfully without a Pam in your life? The selling/buying of a home is never a straightforward process, it can be nerve-wracking and stressful, we are just so glad we had Osborne Heath to help us through it. They are that rare thing, a group of hardworking professionals who genuinely want to do the best for their clients.
