Jasmine Silk

I ordered a silk pillowcase for a gift. It arrived quickly and was very well packaged. Although beautiful, it wasn't quite what I ordered so I contacted customer services by email. I received a next working day response and the issue was quickly resolved by Lucy. It was great to receive such prompt and polite assistance. The true mark of great customer service is when an issue is addressed quickly and decisively, which it definitely was in this case. Thank you so much.

Customer service is outstanding. I had problems with returning an item and it was dealt with so patiently and kindly. The long sleeved silk vests are so warm and comfortable and help to make winter more bearable.

The pajamas and knee length night dresses are luxurious and look great and the camisoles and french knickers are cool and comfortable when the weather is hot or if I'm feeling hot. They also like great. Night dress conjures up frumpy, middle aged night wear but they are far from this. The fabric is beautiful against your skin and hangs really well and makes you feel lovely. They wash well and last a long time. I use a plant based liquid wasing solution which states on the label that it is safe for silk. The customer service is efficient and friendly as well as professional. I am always very happy when my husband buys me a gift from Jasmine silk.

Just bought - and used now for a couple of nights - a silk sleep eye mask. Very comfortable to wear and well made for what I thought was a reasonable price.
