        Very professional and effective treatment for a shoulder injury - Toby Pollard-Smith extremely no- nonsense, listens, looks and concludes on what treatment / exercises are needed - and follows up on how it felt. 2 months and 4 interventions later so much improvement and back to doing things which in March were absolute agony - many thanks.

        Whenever I am broken, my first thought is always "call Toby". He has helped me more times than I can count, which shows how good an osteopath he is. However, his manner as he is treating me is also fabulous. Toby always listens, actually spending time to hear what I have done and why I am there, instead of assuming from the first words that he knows what I need. He takes his time, is not afraid to ask questions, and really deals with me as a person rather than me just being the problem that I present with. During treatment he describes what he will be doing and why, and if necessary, gives me exercises to do at home. Importantly he does not insist on lots of follow ups once the issue has been resolved! I would highly recommend getting treatment from Toby and anyone in the clinic if he is too busy.

        I was recommended to Toby Pollard-Smith after I had back pain that my regular Osteopath could not fix. Toby's initial examination was very thorough and identified a pelvic disfunction. After 2 sessions, and adhering to the exercises given between treatments, my condition gradually eased to the point that I did not need a 3rd session. I would highly recommend Toby and will certainly go back to him if I need help in the future.

        Toby was excellent. Listened to the issues diagnosed, massaged and gave me exercises to do. The pain Id had for 5 months was much better after a week of exercises. Ill definitely use Open Health clinic with any further issues.
