        Really disappointing service post-pandemic. Having had Richard confirm I had at least have a session left. Subsequently then ignored 4 emails since to confirm or engage further.

        We used Mar Systems to set up our gait analysis equipment about 10 years ago. The equipment has lasted very well and is very user friendly. The initial service was very good from Jonathan. Today on 14.10.18 I contacted them to ask for information on an update and was given very good advice and told to only buy the stuff I actually needed and so I have not wasted any unnecessary money. Thank you Jonathan and Richard. ;-)
