I had worst experience of my life in this salon. I visited them in early 2021. They charged me 180 pounds for a simple haircut for shoulder length hair WITHOUT BLOWDRY in the middle of haircut they said oh you have lice in your hair. We cannot do blow dry.i was surprised because I never had lice issue in my life but still I thought may be im getting a haircut after a while i wasnt sure about it. may be they are right. So I asked her you should have checked this before. They just cut my hair and asked me to pay full amount. I left the salon with WET hair. It was so insulting. I have told them before that i hve dinner plans after that so please atleast do some basic drying. They said we cannot do that it will spread in the air bla bla.. I left the salon. They literally destroyed my confidence. I didnt even attend my dinner invite. Next day I went to another salon for hair dye consultation. I told them that yesterday i had this episode so please first check if there is some lice issue. They checked And there was NOTHING ALL CLEAN. Service: Hairstyling

Fiona was my stylist and Rebekah my hair colourist and what a team they are. Professional to their finger tips. The whole salon experience was just amazing. Fantastic coffee, fantastic atmosphere and I came out of the salon feeling on top of the world. Fiona is the most brilliant cutter I have every had, and Rebekahs knowledge of colouring and the products she recommends shows she has a wealth of experience and keeps you advised of the science behind hair colouring.
