I contacted Rob in the early hours of the morning when our burglar alarm activated and wouldnt turn off. My call woke him up, yet he was on my doorstep within 15 minutes. He rectified the problem within 5 minutes and charged what I considered to be a very reasonable rate. I wont hesitate to contact him for future electrical work (poor chap) and hopefully next time it will be in normal working hours!

I've known Rob for some years now. We first met at a weekly business club, where I got to know him well and learn of his friendly and safety-conscious approach to his work. I realised that he was a trusted member of the group and that people were constantly asking for his electrical services. I personally have called him a few times now, the latest occasion being today. No electric power from the sockets in our house: the broadband didn't work, the fridge/freezer wasn't doing what it was supposed to, our computers and kitchen appliances were out of action ... not good! Rob analysed the main board for me in his usual calm manner, and soon got everything working again! On a previous occasion, he analysed a situation where immersion heater elements weren't heating up the water in the hot water cylinder. He found that the heating elements were actually overheating and therefore cutting out as a safety measure ... his services were VERY useful in that situation! Consequently, I have no hesitation in recommending Rob of Absolute Electrical ISC Ltd. He is the FIRST person I ring whenever I have any electrical issues or questions that need answering.
