This practice is the only reason I can write this review, without their relentless care and continued support I would not be here. The doctors are available within 24 hours & if you go onto their website a doctor will call you back within 24 hours to assess you & to direct the appropriate course of action. Situated behind Heatherwood hospital, this practice is local, and does exactly what it says on the tin, it provides Care in the community, and have provided invaluable care to me for the past 4 years. I cannot thank them enough.

Radnor house surgery is now at the heatherwood hospital.. fantastic doctors .Never had a problem with getting a appointment. Parking and disabled parking old surgery still exists but this is now used as a office ..

Each time I am trying to make an appointment five past 8am already all gone for the day. come back tomorrow at 8am After playing this a couple of times the patient either dies or goes to a private doctor for 60 a visit. Problem solved right? Misdiagnoses is a common issue in this surgery. Cost me a lot of monies and suffering till we got proper help several times. If you can avoid - go somewhere else. Just not going to get help or proper help here.

In the past year this medical centre very sadly gone down on Hill!! Every time have made an appointment been seen by different practitioners who have not even considered spending 5 minutes of their times with me or have even doing a basic check up like blood pressure. I have an ongoing medical condition, which is obviously in my records. Have been going to complain but the gps not sent me for any check ups or test done which led me to pass out in public places and shower turning out I have a very serious condition which got me in hospital! If the doctors where actually doing there jobs properly in this practice it would definitely cost less for the nhs on Hospital beds!!! Very disappointing experience!!!!! Now with a new local surgery where even the receptionist are more friendly and helpful!!
