Bink

As a member of Slimming World I was given an Iceland store card and advised, along with thousands of others, to get the BINK app on order to link my Iceland card to my account to make use of special offers etc. However, despite countless attempts I have not been able to link my Iceland card to my account as keep getting error messages. I have also not been able to link my Tesco card or Sainsburys card. I contacted BINK through their online chat service but it took them over 12 hours to respond and when they did it was not a personal response but simply a copy and paste what to do if... job. Despite the fact that I had already tried doing what the company advised me to do I tried again, several times, but still got error messages. I know my passwords are correct as have double checked and know my email address is correct but still can not connect my loyalty cards to my account and it is now day 3! There is no phone number to ring up and ask for advice and I know I am not the only one experiencing problems as there are already a number of comments on our local slimming world facebook page. At the end of the day BINK has clearly signed up to this deal with Iceland and Slimming World, but now it seems it can't deliver! Not only that, but it can not even answer individual queries hence the one star rating. Shame as if it actually worked so could see it being very useful!
