Frog Bikes

Absolutely amazing customer service, going above and beyond to help. My 4 year old wont be disappointed on her birthday thanks to Bev. Much appreciated.

Frog are good bikes but parts need frequently replacing Whilst Frog are nice bikes, many of their parts dont last well and cost quite a bit to replace. Handlebar grips are particularly bad (told by Frog customer services they arent great!) and the ever changing/easily damaged mudguards have additional costly parts that need to be bought for attaching them) Worth researching other bike brands as the costs mount up.

In my experience today they have great availability of spare parts, even spares for mudguards rather than having to buy a whole new set. Pricing of spares very reasonable, and free delivery. I found the customer service excellent. Well done Frog Bikes, long may it continue :)

We have had 2 kids learning on a frog balance bike.2,5 year old can manage it no problem within a couple of times.our older daughter (now 5),went from a balance Frog bike to a 16' pedal bike,with no stabilisers and she is absolutely loving it. They are expensive but they absolutely worth every penny I am including a couple of pictures (quality isn't great as they are screenshots from a video). Strongly recommended!
