        Ive been having sports therapy massages by Chris for a few years. Initially for lower back issues for which he was a great help and subsequently on a monthlyish basis for ongoing maintenance work to help me avoid having any future issues. I have had some relaxation type massages in the past but Chris really knows the body and how it works and is great at sorting out specific issues. I have also had a few sports massages but Chris is by far the best I have had. After many years of pain I have had far fewer back problems since seeing Chris and would highly recommend him both for specific acute issues and for ongoing maintenance work. Service: Massage
