My BMW was eventually taken here to get a windscreen replaced. They managed to get the leasing company to do a service as well. No effort made for a replacement car, not any assistance to get it picked up. To top it all they didn't wash the car and asked us to give them a 10 rating for service and a 5 star for individual service if we were asked to take part in a survey.

Recently serviced and MOTed my 5 series at Sytner Sunningdale. Used the home collection service as I am busy working all day every day. Car was brought back as promised but front page of paperwork was in someone elses name. Apparently nothing to worry about but to me it is a breach of GDPR. Also car was not vacuumed inside. Also MOT certificate has been printed on a printer that is seriously low on ink to the extent that its so faint, its unreadable. Now I also realise they havent reset the computer in my car so it is still telling me I need a service. I politely called to ask them to deal with it and they told me I had to go to the garage. They should come to me to fix it as per the home service I paid for. I complained and was promised a call back and guess what. No call back. I will defo be taking my car and my wifes car to farnborough again in future. Poor service at Sunningdale.
