Waitrose & Partners Sunningdale

Love a little stop off for a few Waitrose goodies...lovely staff and never mega busy so shopping is a pleasure. Frequent mainly sunningdale and Yateley. You get what you pay for!!

Worst of all Waitrose branches! Ordered online groceries for delivery recently , ,a large number of items were either substituted/marked as not available in my receipt but when i went into the store the same day & the evening before, I saw all the so called missing items & several of the substituted items were available in plenty! It looks like whoever did the picking couldnt be too bothered to look for something if an item couldnt be found easily so instead of taking the time to look,it was quickly marked as missing/substituted! Job done isnt it, Not! I went into the store to check if my items were actually available this time deliberately as an experiment to see whether my order this time will be picked with care & accurately. I did this as every order that I have ever placed with Waitrose has always had few items missing,my recent order of 25 items had 10 items missing!! So I had my suspicions since the the so called missing products were often shown as available online.

Twice a week I use Waitrose in Sunningdale, every time I have to queue at the till due to the lack of staff. Two till opens one belted dint work 6 people queuing. I went to the cigarette counter at 16:23 with a small trolley the lady refused to serve because as quite few items, I left the shop I couldnt wait anymore. This its poor management! Staff on the shop floor should be called to open more till and serve customers instead of stacking selves. Very poor customer service I wont be returning to Waitrose at Sunningdale,avoid if you can .
