        Dormy house has welcomed me with open arms from the moment I first stepped inside. I always love singing at this home, as the residents are happy, and well looked after.

        I regularly bring art activities for the residents living at Dormy house. I find the staff friendly, professional and lovely to work alongside. They treat all the residents with respect, kindness and care. The residents seem happy and content.

        As a head off the housekeeping im very happy to work at Dormy house, i started 3 years ago and with my team and others we try to make it wotk for the benefit off our residents we are like a small but happy family

        As carer , my experience was not good. The manager here is so dominant. Manager will make you extra works and when you will tell them this is my break time , she will say you had your lunch already right so, its okay you are here to work. She was so rude to one of the agency staff as well. You are not allowed to eat even a biscuit even if you are fainting. One of girl didn't had anything to eat for lunch so she wrote the name for lunch but the chef said we willnot give the lunch to her. Just because she wasn't permanent.
