Shocking. Doctor ended the call after 8 mins saying I'd had my 10 mins despite me saying I feel suicidal from the pain I'm having. He had an emergency apparently. Not seen anyone face to face in 2 years.

I've now been waiting to speak to a doctor for 1.5 weeks since I submitted an e-consult form. On Tuesday this week I received a call while I was in a meeting from a random number but couldn't answer as I was working. No message left. When I called back 10 minutes later it was the surgery so I asked when the doctor could call me again and they said later that day. Nobody called. 2 days later I called again and asked when are they calling me and they told me they'd put me on the list to receive a call that afternoon. Nobody called. I am sick of this pathetic excuse for "patient care". The issue of mine relates to getting a referral for genetic testing so literally all the doctor has to do is speak to me for about 3 minutes on the phone and generate a referral letter. I'm not asking for much but clearly it's too much for the NHS GPs in this day and age to handle. Such a shame as this surgery used to be great but it's terrible now. Going to just speak to a private GP to get the referral I need.

Use to be the most fantastic surgery, unfortunately it's no longer a good surgery.

Terrible service specifically admin team, You need to keep chasing them for basic information or letter, Zero care and zero respect to patient. This surgery is not following NHS standard.
