Since we were moving to the UK for the first time, we were oblivious to the processes around renting in UK, which definitely involved many steps and paperwork. Pooja Chavda visited the property I rent. The landlord was also present. Pooja listened to myself and the landlord on the issues that have to be addressed . Came across as professional , able to answer all the questions. Pooja is very pleasant to deal with.
