I posted 2 small packages. One was a freepost to pharmacy2u to send back the medication I did not need. The guy behind the till did not give me proof that I posted it. First red flag. Pharmacy2u never received it and I am out of pocket 9.35. The other package went though and received the proof of postage and refund. Always ask for proof of postage. I do not want to assume but only the guy at the post office knew that I was not provided with a proof of postage apart from myself. And I used my roller to help me with walking ( recovering from trombozis)and he could have assumed that I do not pay for my prescription BUT I do because I work and hate when people stealing from me.
