        9 calls to them in 8 days. Waited between over 40mins - 1hr 45mins for each of the calls. No answer to any of them! This is disgraceful and shocking service!! They towed my car unnecessarily from my private drive. Did not leave any paperwork or let me know it had been taken. Now they're fussing about the payment they offered. Now offering 800 less than the amount we agreed too! WHAT IS GOING ON MARKERSTUDY? YOUR REVIEWS ARE DAMNING.

        Terrible company. 1.5 hours plus wait times. No communication and after 3 months, insurance issue still not resolved. Avoid like the plague (and their joint company Swinton too).
