Excellent (Kent) group in commercial headed up by Colin Apps. Mark Baily is Regional MD he's straight talking and knows his onions. Did have a defective commercial director called Tilbrook who messed me around and didn't do the job, so I gave a little back and resigned, but great to work with before he was there.

Once your home is built their customer service let you down. You have to constantly hound them to get things moving, but even that has limited effect as they pay lip service, and then forget about it for weeks until the next time you call up. They close issues without informing you and make promises they have no intention of keeping, as was evidenced by the experience of our block of flats.
