        This is a shocking practice with one receptionist who clearly has no compassion for patients with an attitude thats always saying no appointments can't help you, where you then have to take a trip to A&E. RING FOR AN APPOINTMENT, there always gone by the time you have come down from number 33 or 28. None available sorry, you shouldn't have to tell the receptionist what your issues are for them to decide an appointment. Change Doctors if you can as this one is not good service at all.

        Very unhelpful from reception to the doctors themselves. Very blas attitude to serious medical concerns. Don't seem to actually care about their patients' welfare.

        Dr Philips is beyond useless with zero communication skills, let alone any effort. Honestly this place is like a comedy sketch gone badly wrong. Moving to another doctors now because they must scrape the barrel of GP' that nobody else wants. I'd close it down and start again.
