Since joining Forevercare 7 months ago I have always found all members of management easy to approach with any queries, or support required. Which is a breath of fresh air, considering in other companies I have experienced in the past, that is not always the case. The administrative staff and other support workers are always available to give advice too if it is needed.
The ongoing training you receive gives you the confidence you need to be able to support the young people that require role models to guide them in the right direction.
If you want to make a difference and you are a people person who enjoys motivating and inspiring others, I would recommend Forevercare.
