        Closes the branch earlier than their advertised opening times. I arrived at 16mins prior to their closing time, main gates were shut and entrance shutters were down. I approached the exit to be sent away, not even able to buy an item that was right next to the tills. I would have been no longer than 5 mins in branch, not like it was one of my big trips there. Very poor show from a big name wholesaler. No notices to say about closing shutters/gates earlier either.

        I had a fish tank that I bought that after I got it back to the shop there were 2 x small chips in the glass at the bottom , went to try and exchange it but was told that they wont exchange glass , I showed them the chips and was told to "put a strip of plastic on and silicone it" , not what I wanted to hear , So.... I spend probably over 15k per year at Batleys and for the sake of a 60 fish tank I will NOT be using you anymore , you can thank the head of the pet section for this shocking customer care attitude.
