We had our 11 year old little border terrier at the vets last week as me and husband thought she was having seizures two nights off the trot little did we know she had fluid around her heart (cardiac tamponade) which was absolutely devastating to hear. The team acted rapid to get this removed fast as they could to save her life. She is doing well atm and we now waiting on more test results to come back fingers crossed she will make a full recovery in the next week. Thanks again for saving her. X

Inconsistent and unreliable. We've taken our cat here 3 times and had 3 different vets each time (which is normal, I know) but their opinions and conclusions varied from: "there's nothing really wrong" to "your cat needs bloods taken and an MRI scan". So who do we believe? In the past we dropped in a urine sample which was then lost, so had to take another one (it's a chore & a drive each time). Recently we were told to collect medication on a Saturday only to be told when arriving that the medication hadn't arrived. No communication to let us know before driving over. Waste of time. The staff and vets are friendly so a couple of stars for that, but overall their procedures / systems don't accommodate individual pets and their owners well enough for any recommendation from me.
