        Mixed reviews. Dont get me wrong the place is spotless and so are the rooms. The receptionists were lovely and friendly and informed us that they were running behind. Vet seen my dog and put drops in and gave his eyes a good examination. Then this is where the points get knocked off. After the consultation the vet asked why I had bothered coming if I was not going to go ahead with surgery which I thought was rude and especially when he laughed with his collegue about it. I explained my vets told me that the procedure would be different from what they explained. So yes I thought that was very unprofessional and very rude especially when you pay out to make sure your pet gets the best care.
