Terribly disappointed and heartbroken, around a month ago I took my dog Bruno to this vets as he was lethargic and not gaining weight and loosing weight drastically he also had an injury to his tail due to the length of it and him only being a 1 year old dog he used to hit it off things hard when he was excited or would shake , the vet gave him a b12 and just ignored his tail, I was told to just keep it clean . 4 weeks later my poor dog had the same symptoms but this time his tail was worse it had gone black at the end where the injury was and his back left leg was swollen 4x the size of his other leg . They couldnt determine what it was without even doing any tests (they didnt even try) they suggested either I have him referred and pay between 1,200-4,500 just to find out the cause . I later that day took him to PDSA and they did a blood test on him and he had septic shock and I had no option but to have my 1 year old dog put to sleep as he was in extreme agony and there was nothing that could be done at that point , I am disgraced that Vets4Pets did not pick up on any sort of infection less than 4 weeks prior that led to gangrene and inevitably what led to septic shock and poor Brunos life being cut short drastically :( avoid this vets please
