        Hired a van. Customer service was fine. However when they take your deposit for some bizzare reason they leave it in pending and you cannot access this for 7 days. Please be aware of this when hiring. Customer service at this point failed!! Very unhelpful to sort this out although van has been returned, checked and passed as no concerns. So why do we have to wait at least 7 days for the deposit to be returned. No other hire company works this way. Will not be using again. Sorry

        Outstanding Service provided by AM Hire!! I have been on the way to Newcastle for a charity event that I was running on Saturday. My company van broken down unfortunately and I have phoned all local and national van hire companies to get something asap, and because it was Saturday, not even 1 was able to help apart from AM Hire! I found them very understandable and helpful! My van was prepared quickly and I wasn't charged anything extra for them to stay after closing time on weekend! Thank you so much for saving the evening and without your help we wouldn't be able to run this Charity event! THANK YOU!
