Perfect from start to finish, Andy is different to most car dealers, no pressure, no bull****, and a good price for my P/X. Any problems sorted no problem. Was given the keys to test drive anywhere. Highly recommended

Disappointed with this company. Travelled to Washington Monday by appointment to view and test drive a car with a view to purchasing. Andrew said he was unable to get car out of storage as he was busy, so arrangements were made to attend the next day. I rang the following day and he was unable to facilitate the test drive of the car until Thursday. I rang Wednesday to confirm the appointment for Thursday and he agreed the car would be ready any time after 12 noon. After making alternative arrangements around work commitments etc Andrew rang me an hour and a half prior to my test drive to say the car had been reserved by someone over night and is considered sold. No mention previously or invitation to reserve the car had been mentioned by Andrew. I am very surprised indeed, that this company has good reviews on this site. My impression of the place is that it is a poor back street garage with very limited commitment to customer care - badly organised, rude and quite dismissive in my view. My pre purchase experience would definitely give me little confidence in any after sales care from this outfit. I wont be back.

Couldnt fault Andy at all , didnt end up getting the car for personal reasons however Ive never found it as easy to deal with someone in car sales as this guy!

Can't really say any wrong about the experience I had buying from Andrew at M Cars. He handed me the keys to the car I was looking at and gave me as much time as I needed to take it out and check it over. The car is a 61 plate BMW 330d - drives like a dream, and it is pristine for the age. The price for the car was sensible and we agreed a fair price on my part-ex too, Andrew was straight as an arrow throughout and I left feeling happy I'd got a fair deal on a car I really like.
