Recently bought new Toyota car from Birtley and upon picking it up noticed only 1 key to be told the 2nd one could be sorted through warranty NOT TRUE Never made aware it only came with 1 key until pick up Now wont provide me with 2nd key 27000 spent and cant do anything even though we have been misinformed to by Kimberley

Never got the car. The whole experience didn't feel right, and it took nearly three weeks to get my online deposit from them, overall a poor experience
