        Awful - a complete waste of time. Went to the "showroom" to view a car, but was then told I'd have to meet someone on the opposite side of Sunderland in some random industrial estate! Ended up meeting this creepy guy with the car, which turned out to be complete junk. I didn't bother with a test drive, as I had my doubts about whether I'd even be insured!! All the other cars I saw looked to be pretty raggy too. Avoid!

        Avoid this dealer at all costs, bought a car from him went faulty within a month found old accident damage, he wont respond to phone calls and letters now having to go to court.

        Avoid at all costs. Rang up about a car advertised as 'ready to drive away', arranged to go and see it (told dealer which car we were coming to see, and we arranged the time and day) only to show up and discover the dealer didn't have a key for it!! Dealer then said he was planning to get the key later that afternoon (He knew we were coming to see the car before then, and didn't warn us.) and then didn't show up. This one man show is a complete waste of time. Don't believe what he says in his adverts, or in person!
