Absolute joke of a company sell unroadworthy cars

I paid a 50% deposit on a Ford Fiesta not having seen it and trusting Scot from the company. Recieved the car on July 1st and it came with one key, no full service history as advertised, no 13 month warranty as agreed in the sale (all history available) and only finding out the day after that the wheel locking nut is the incorrect one! They promised to send the 2nd key by post, send the service history directly to my email and have not. After answering the phone to my partner on the Friday morning who wanted to ask them how we should register the car as the V5 was photocopied a man in the background shouted F you and they hung up. They won't answer any calls, messages and have even blocked the Facebook page I linked into in order for them to send me the videos I asked for! To be fair the car is decent as they said it was mint but this is a terrible awful company and be very wary as they are not a legitimate company and give the trade a bad name.
