Been with them 4 years so gave them a very good chance, but constantly getting things wrong. Can't follow simple instructions. Actively confuse and upset potential new clients, even telling them to send emails instead of transferring the call as they should! When complaining, always defensive! Can't even accept feedback when they're being unprofessional, so of course will never improve. If you value your company reputation - go else where! They're quite cheap, but for a reason!

I have had an account with soho66 for may years, I have cut my monthly bill from 180ish to 60ish, Ii have not tried to move provider so can't say if I'm in a long contract or not but hey why would I? If I ring the tech dept. I receive nothing short of first class service.
