What a bad experience yet again. Went in on Friday set up a new contract account phone wasn't in stock so came back Tuesday to pick up . Had my data transferred from old vodafone phone to new phone. I was assured it would take 24 hours for my number to be transferred to new phone. After 4 phone calls and talking to 6 members of staff my number still isn't transferred its now 4 days I have been waiting. Its the second time this has happened to me. So not happy at all . Maybe I should of just changed networks. Never again
