        Booked taxi ahead of doctors appointment to arrive 20 minutes before it was due. Taxi turned up 25 minutes late so missed my appointment time and was then forced to wait for a gap. What should have been a short hop out for 30 minutes turned into a full hour and a quarter of my working day. Will never use these again.
