I have shopped here for a while now and never had any issues until now, I realised when I arrived at the store I hadnt got my coin for the trolley and didnt have any cash on me, me and my husband approached a member of staff who was stacking shelves at front of store and asked if she could help? Answer we arent allowed in the tills? We didnt want cash we just needed a trolley? So that was us not doing our shopping there, went to another Iceland and they were more than happy to help
