Disgraceful company. Lessons were led by poor and inconsistent instructors. Little to no interaction with the children and they were often left to make their own arrangements, and in turn developed poor techniques due to lack of observation and guidance. The lack of direction or motivation resulted in no enjoyment, progression or desire to attend. When explaining this to the office and requesting to cancel was faced with unfair cancellation terms and as the system failed to save my updated payment card, I am now faced with additional charges. This means I will have paid 230 for 4 lessons. That's 57 an hour for 1 child!!! A complete waste of time and money and a disappointed girl who once loved the activity has become completely been switched off to it. Thanks AAA what an achievement!!!
