I stayed in this cottage in December last year and have booked to return in July. It was spotlessly clean, with lovely quality linens and towels, it had everything we needed. The location was great and we always got parked outside. The owner was great and contacted us during our stay to see that everything was OK. There were lots of places to eat nearby and an amazing Indian takeaway at the top of the road. Highly recommended

This is a lovely cottage. Booking and entry was straight forward and the owner was very helpful with directions and parking info. The Empire theatre and city centre are within easy walking distance and Roker beach is only a 10 min drive away. Cottage really clean with all the amenities we needed. Would defiantly stay again when in the area
