Asked for the Italian herbs and cheese bread, couldnt have it as it was to hot, is that not what mittens are used for? I then asked for spicy nachos, ofcourse classic subway didnt have them. Not only this but I counted how many nacho crisps was in and there was only 9 crisps, when I asked for more the woman said that was the correct portion size. If I could, Id give it 0 stars because I will never be coming back to subway Chester road when that rude woman is in

The only reason I go to Subway is the meatball subs. So the fact that every time I go to this Subway they're out (and I'm pretty sure they just don't bother to ever make meatballs in the first place so they're always "out") isn't great. But I'd be fine with it if they didn't also wait to tell me until after they've already started making the sandwich/I've got the bag in my hand for a mobile order to say they're out of meatballs. If I order a sandwich with meatballs and you never bothered to make any, just say that before you start making the sandwich and I'm now obligated to be "fine" with whatever sandwich you're already making instead. Dishonest and disappointing.
