        Waited for 20 minutes to be served with only one customer in front of me .There were 3 servers but two of them were more interested in putting orders up for deliveries. The queue was out of the door by the time I actually was served and to be told " you'll have to bear with us we're a server down" . No I don't have to bear with you your priority surely should be the customers standing waiting in the shop ,not those sitting comfortably at home at home waiting for a delivery .

        Standard subway experience, though the shop design is very cramped once there is more than 3 customers in at one time. The seating area seems unnecessary and more of a hindrance in such a small shop. 2023: No facilities for hot drinks at the moment (or any more?) The shop appears to have a long standing ventilation problem as the shop windows are always steamed up in the cold weather.
