Popped in to give the place a try a few days ago. The Chef is great at both food and craic, it was great talking to him about the place and his food, he's very passionate I had a stuffed rice dish, arranchetta rings a bell, it was very good but my favourite was the cold tomato sauce on the plate, possibly best sauce I've tasted, he should bottle it and sell it on its own

Been here a few times since opening and got to know the guys, Chef Gerardo and Paul. Great hosts and warm welcomes. The atmosphere is brilliant and its so friendly that I consider these dudes my pals now. This is proper Italian food, cooked in authentic Italian ways with fresh ingredients and simplicity. Of course its tempting to go for a normal pizza or pasta - I did on my first visit (still outstanding), but then tried branching out into trying new things. Deep fried pizza (pizza fritto) sounds very weird and heavy, but it was amazing and light. Everything was so great I wanted to bring my very special lady, and she (a trained chef) loved it too! Gave it a try tonight and was very impressed. Nice touch with the little pots of parmesan cheese for the takeaway and the food was champion

Had an excellent meal, staff are friendly too.
