This Agency is waste of time, during the interview they asked me about all the requirements and qualifications, I provided all the information, they obtained my references from the last 4 years, I had to chase referees and wasted couple weeks just for medsolve to say that my MAPA has expired and they cannot progress without it. Any normal Agency would provide all the training, I have a lot of experience in my field and have been senior for couple of years. The agency is pathetic.

I have worked for medsolve twice and they have always said if I would like to go back to work for them I could so am thinking of going back to rejoin them fabulous company to work for and very understanding

I did my care certificate renewal but did not pass so was because of that I can no longer work for them because according to medsolve care homes are asking for them even tho I have my nvq2
