We put an offer in on a property....waited four hours they finally ring back they didnt accept our offer so we put a higher offer in I had to ask her if it was okay for me to put the higher offer in as she didnt tell me I could! she said I would be contacted the next day about it. To not be told a thing i had to ring them to find out that it was sold to someone else within them four hours yesterday morning after our lower offer! not ringing me back but still letting me put higher offers in and not tell me it was already sold. Its disgusting, no apology no nothing. How very professional. Been given so many different names on the phone when it come to me questioning about it so is your name Elizabeth, Katie, Emma or Claire make your mind up, before messing around with people who are trying to get there first home! WHAT TO SCARED TO TELL ME IT WAS SOLD WERE YA?! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!

hi we rent a property in consett no problems what so ever always strait out when a emergency occours we also have a gas fire that was condemed they will not replace say we have central heating this is my only gripe

Been in the same property for almost 10 years never had a problem ...after 10 years I need a larger home ..I would recommend watermill as I wish I could stay as I have never had a problem with them if I ever need to rent again this will be my first port of call
