        Rented a few years ago, awful experience. Dealt with office manager at time Lisa Snowball, asked to rearrange tenancy handover date as this fell on the same day as funeral of close family member, she refused - experienced a complete lack of compassion and flexibility. Would avoid.

        Diabolical customer service. Have had a hole in my roof for over 5 weeks now, water pouring in when it rains, and despite countless promises and excuses, it is still there. Now taking legal action.

        This company is pathetic if u want 2 be treated like a 5yr old child thn go for it.thy are so judgemental and racist its unreal.their properties are in the worst plc of sunderland and most of their tennants are experiencing so much greif off thm.3mth notice 4 a repair to window lock is no gud.
