Ford Post Office

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. MOST RUDE PPL IVE EVER CAME ACROSS.

The worst customer service I have ever received came from this post office. I was made to feel an inconvenience because I asked for receipts. She said she was far too busy for this and that she couldnt believe I wanted receipts for 5 parcels. Note: I was the only customer in the shop with 2 active staff members behind the counter so it is not unreasonable to say they were not busy. I now actively avoid this post office and will never return. Id rather drive the parcels to where they need to go myself than return here.

If I could give a 0 I would. Went to drop some parcels off here today not realising there was a gap in the seal of my parcel so apologised as I hadnt had the time to notice with me being at work. Was asked how many hours I worked over how many days and was told I was lazy and that I didnt have a clue what hard work was. Instead of processing my deliveries so that I could leave he continued to tear me to pieces which I felt helpless about as Im not the type of girl to argue with anyone. Asked politely if he would just put my payment through so I could leave in which he said dont you dare rush me when you havent bothered to check your own parcels genuinely had to sit in my car after and cry as I felt degraded. No one should ever be spoken to or made to feel this way it takes absolutely nothing to be kind to people.

Just been to this post office & all i can say is got to be the most horrible experience of trying to send an item first of all tried to get me to send it for the most money then when I said no 2nd class all i got back was well you could of just told me that if yous don't like the job get out of it simple as that both of them have very bad attitudes towards the public & its just not on safe to say all not be using this place again.
